Abstract

The center of interstate competition in Central Asia region nowadays is new round of economic opposition between West and East which are represented by European Union and Russian Federation. In terms of existing source dependence on Russia, Europe does all its best to achieve free access to hydrocarbons, by its own gas main line project realization. Such kind of intention is not advantageous for Russia, because in this case Kremlin is not only lose huge part of gas and oil outlet, but also key factor in the closest neighbors questions.
